Golang Job: Software Engineer IV

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Mountain View, CA that is seeking a Software Engineer IV.

Responsibilities:
* The Software Engineer designs and develops software applications
* Performs coding, debugging, testing and troubleshooting throughout the application development process
* Developing, managing, and testing Infrastructure as code using one of the following CDK, or Terraform
* As a Software Engineer, this role will be supporting, monitoring, optimizing, and troubleshooting services running on cloud with a focus on automated solutions

REQUIREMENTS:
* 6+ years of programming experience in GoLang
* 6+ years of experience with AWS - focus on services like RDS, DynamoDB, EKS, SQS, SNS, CloudWatch, Cloudtrail, Config, Cloudformation
* 2+ years of experience with Python
* 2+ years of experience in monitoring and logging leveraging Splunk and Wavefront
* Knowledge of React is a big bonus
* Sound knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
* Experience developing software delivery leveraging DevOps, and agile practices/methodologies
* Familiar with UI

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
